The team at Commercial Office Solutions provided a professional, creative & comprehensive solution for our company’s relocation & new office / call centre fit out. They were a ‘one stop shop’ for everything from furniture to security systems, data & electrical to removalist services and air conditioning to audio visual solutions they had all the bases covered.

We quickly developed a report and a good working relationship so I felt comfortable leaving everything to them to manage – so that I could devote my time to running the business.

They understood our needs, had good ideas and experience to draw from, but were open to our suggestions. On a day to day basis they were responsive to our needs and were friendly and sociable to deal with.

I was kept in the loop at all times in regards to the works that were being done and consulted when opportunities or variations arose.

Their staff members were competent and punctual so the jobs were completed with minimal fuss. They delivered on time & on budget. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend the company to any other business needing these services.

In 2010 we discovered that the flooring of our 100 year old family owned commercial property needed urgent attention. We called in Commercial Office Solutions who quickly found the cause of the problem.
The solution would require repairs to the subfloor, plumbing works and installing a new floating floor. Michael always communicated clearly with us explaining all issues and liaising effectively with the insurance assessor. Commercial Office Solutions went to considerable trouble to ensure our tenant could continue to conduct his business throughout the period of works with as little disruption as possible.
The premises were left very clean and tidy. In the twelve months since the repairs were completed, Commercial Office Solutions have responded immediately to any queries. We cannot speak highly enough of Michael and Grant’s professionalism and reliability at a time of considerable stress.
